For a long time, I didn’t realize how much I was holding.
I was the one keeping things together, thinking about everything, trying to make the right decisions, making sure everything worked.
It felt normal—until it didn’t.
Until I started to notice how much of my energy was going into managing everything… and how little of it was actually going to me.
And underneath that, there was this constant feeling of: why is it always on me?
Why am I the one thinking about everything?
Why do I feel responsible for how everything turns out?
Why does it feel like if I don’t hold it all together, everything falls apart?
At the same time, it felt like I couldn’t change it.
Because if other people didn’t show up differently… how could I?
Seeing it was one thing. Living it was another.
Finding Human Design didn’t just help me understand myself.
It showed me who I actually was—and how far I had been living from that.
Why I couldn’t just follow what lit me up.
Why things that felt simple for other people felt complicated for me.
Why I kept ending up in patterns that didn’t feel good, even when I was trying so hard to get it right
But seeing that was only the beginning.
Because knowing your design and actually living it are two very different things.
For me, that meant doing deeper work—unraveling the beliefs, the patterns, and the ways I had learned to keep everything running… even when it meant overriding myself in the process.
And honestly, life had a way of pushing me into that too.
Situations that made it impossible to keep operating the way I always had.
Moments where I had to choose myself, get clear, and start showing up differently—even when it felt VERY uncomfortable.
This is the work I do now.
What I’ve found is that most people don’t need more information.
They need help seeing where they’ve been stuck in patterns that feel normal—but aren’t actually working for them.
And support in learning how to shift those patterns in a way that’s real and sustainable.
That’s what I do in my work
I use Human Design as a framework, but the real value is in how we apply it—looking at your patterns, your decisions, your relationships, and the ways you’ve been holding more than you need to.
Every session is a mix of what’s in your chart and what’s coming up in real time.
Because this isn’t about memorizing your design.
It’s about recognizing yourself in it—and having a way to actually work with it.
You can stop feeling like it’s all on you.
You can stop managing everything and everyone just to feel okay.
You can start to reconnect with what you actually need—and allow yourself to be supported in a way that feels different.
That shift is real—and it changes everything.
